Nex Flow® Air Knife Systems utilize compressed air for industrial blow off and cooling applications. They are used extensively to replace rows of air nozzles or jets or drilled pipes to reduce energy. The curtain-like airflow of the Air Knife is an efficient way to dry, clean, and cool. Energy reduction using air knives can be anywhere from 30% to 90% depending on the application, and can have. noise reduction of 10 to 15 dBA or more.

The large sizes are used in heavy industry but can cool to over 10,000 BTU/hr. Vortex tubes normally come with the “hot end” adjustable to control the flow and temperature out the cold end. The more flow out the hot side, the lower the temperature out the cold side.
The small vortex tube size range (2- 8 SCFM) comes in two physical versions – with an adjustable hot end plug that is adjusted using a screwdriver and with a “hand adjustable knob” and a hot end muffler incorporated into the unit.
The medium vortex tube size range (10- 40 SCFM) also comes in two physical versions – with same adjustable hot end plug that is adjusted using a screwdriver and with the same “hand adjustable knob” and a hot end muffler incorporated into the unit.
The large vortex tube size range (50 -150 SCFM) comes in one physical versions only with the adjustable hot end plug that is adjusted using a screwdriver.
A Low Cost but powerful static eliminator that rapidly removes static charge and cleans. The Ion Air Knives are useful for most applications including ones involving very high static charges and extremely high speeds. Both ionizers produce a powerful force.
The Standard Air-Blade® Ionizer combines the superior designed Standard Air-Blade® Air Knife with a quality static bar made by Haug, a world leading static control manufacturer. Charges can be eliminated quickly, even over large distances and surface area.
The Silent X-Stream® Air-Blade® air knife provides increased efficiency and very low noise levels compared to the Standard Air Blade® air knife. Both units utilize the quality Haug static bars – the RN bar for most applications or the extra strong VS bars (Triple X versions) for very high static charges and extremely high speeds.
