Quality Matters

Min Shang Holdings distributes products that only use stainless steel shims that last in difficult environmental situation, while keeping the cost typically lower than similar competitive products using plastic. All of our vortex tubes are stainless steel with brass generators to withstand high temperature.

Components such as O-rings, used to cool the system, typically are subjected to high temperature environments. Components made with plastic usually deteriorate and tear, at times within a month. Therefore, type and quality of material is a critical factor in the delivery of our product. Min Shang Holdings uses proper metal where possible to account for these realities – brass generators and stainless steel bodies for all vortex tubes.

Our Solutions

1. Conservation Efficiency

Energy conservation is all about using less energy to achieve a lesser energy service. As with other definitions, the boundary between efficient energy use and energy conservation can be fuzzy, but both are important in environmental and economic terms.

Energy conservation reduces the energy consumption and energy demand per capita and thus offsets some of the growth in energy supply needed to keep up with population growth. This reduces the rise in energy costs, and can reduce the need for new power plants, and energy imports. The reduced energy demand can provide more flexibility in choosing the most preferred methods of energy production.

2. Automation Efficiency

In today’s industrial environment, the quest for greater efficiency, productivity, quality control and inventory management is practically universal. As a result, the need for more efficient control of automation is increasing dramatically by ensuring the right sizing for the right components with the desired air regulation needed for the job.

Properly sized components are a prerequisite for low-energy consumption. Yet it’s still common practice for companies to oversize components to build in a margin of “safety.” Over-sizing unnecessarily increases air consumption, and larger systems cost more to purchase and operate than properly sized ones. They are also heavier and bigger, issues when weight is critical or mounting space is at a premium.

3. Energy Efficiency

Energy Efficiency, sometimes simply called efficient energy use, is all about using less energy to provide the same level of energy service. Energy services are linked to well-being and have the potential to impact on almost every area of human life.

The energy sector can play a significant role in reducing environmental damage and its harmful consequences by introducing renewable energy sources, substituting cleaner fuels for dirty ones, and increasing energy efficiency. Whether during generation, production, transport or transmission, increased in energy efficiency can have wide-ranging benefits. It has been proven to be a cost-effective strategy for building economies without necessarily growing consumption.

4. Plant Efficiency

Plant management are facing tougher demands in the construction, maintenance, and upgrade of processing systems. The expectations for these systems are much higher than they were just 10 years ago, in part due to stricter industry standards and stronger competitive forces that are prompting companies to examine how they can enhance cost effectiveness while achieving peak operating efficiencies.

System leaks were once considered nuisances. It is now classified as fugitive emissions and hazardous spills, which can lead to costly shutdowns and repairs. In addition, technological advancements are pushing pressures, flows, and temperatures to new heights and putting even more stress on fluid systems.
